i am a calm person all the time so it suprised me how pissed off i can get.
i just cannot see what the hack happens next, she moves too fast and i am

Hey Erica & Psychetruth team. I actually need exercises for weightloss,
specially in the abs and thighs. Thing is, I can’t do exercises where I’m
sitting on my coccix since I was operated on that area 3 times already and
it still hurts. So if there are any exercises I can do for my abs, without
straining that area that would be lovely! thanks <3

I’ve never tried yoga to lose weight. Thankfully, Corrina’s Health videos
have worked just fine for me on that! But videos like this one, Erica,
sure make me consider starting a yoga practice… 😉

Oh, and an orange or some pineapple chunks are my favorite post-workout
treat.

I mixed it up with a other loss weight video from you but alright I will do
this other day 1 and day 2 video next week.
when I have done all three days should I take a rest for a day? Or just
keep going?
I think I do feel already something.
I can stretch my legs a bit better and can stay longer in a pose.
Hopefully I keep doing it as I really want to loss weight.
the sister of my boyfriend is a yoga teacher over here in london (UK) but
she´s got sooo much to do that we hardly meet each other. So thank you very
much for putting this up!!
